HISTORY

My name is Laura and I'm a loyalist. As loyalists, we want to pursue peaceful forms of protest because we believe that violence would give
rise to mob rule or tyranny. We also believe that independence would mean the loss of economic benefits derived from membership in the
British mercantile system. Based on the above, we believe that a strong unified British Empire is good for everyone, and American colonies
would be weak without Britain.
